Refund Policy

All purchases on Randywanless.com are final once order is placed.
 
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or customer error as our products begin production as soon as an order is placed.

We do not offer exchanges.
 
If your order is Missing an item, Incorrect or Faulty/Damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at returns@randywanless.com to start your Refund / Replacement process.
 
If a product is missing, we will investigate the matter and ship a replacement as soon as possible.
 
If your items are faulty, damaged or incorrect, you will be required to return post the items to our nominated premises. Once we have received the items and inspected them, we will notify you of your approval or rejection of your refund/replacement.
 
If you are approved for a full refund/replacement, we will reimburse your return shipping fees.
 
All items must be unused and in the same condition as received and be returned via standard shipping with tracking. You will need to provide us with proof of purchase of shipping costs, so that if successful, you can be reimbursed.
 
For all cases we will require photo/s of your order and to be in possession of items to investigate.
 
We take no responsibility of items until it has reached us.
